Airport pick-up and drop-off are organized as part of your program whenever included in your itinerary. Our team or trusted local partners will welcome your group upon arrival and coordinate transportation throughout your stay.
Local Transportation
Transportation between accommodations, educational sites, cultural attractions, and activities is arranged using licensed and insured local transportation providers who meet our safety standards.We work exclusively with experienced local transportation companies that understand the needs of educational groups and prioritize safety, punctuality, and reliability.
Travel Days
Travel days may involve flights, ferry crossings, or road transfers depending on your destination. We recommend bringing snacks, water, entertainment, and essential items in your carry-on bag for added comfort.

Where Will We Stay ?
​Depending on your destination, participants may stay in carefully selected hotels, guesthouses, educational residences, eco-lodges, or villas that provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. All accommodations are selected for their cleanliness, security, location, and suitability for educational travel groups.
Room Assignments
Room assignments are organized before arrival whenever possible. Students are typically assigned rooms based on school preferences, gender, and group arrangements established by program leaders.

Most accommodations include Wi-Fi access, shared or private bathrooms, bedding and linens, and common gathering spaces. Amenities may vary depending on destination and property.
Meals & Daily Life
Meals and Hydration
Meals are included according to your program itinerary. Participants will enjoy a variety of authentic Caribbean cuisine along with familiar meal options whenever appropriate. The Caribbean climate can be warm and humid. Participants are encouraged to drink water regularly and carry a reusable water bottle throughout the day.
