Health Information
Medical conditions & allergies
Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs so we can help ensure appropriate accommodations whenever possible.
Medications
Carry all prescription medications in your carry-on luggage in their original labeled containers. Bring enough medication for your entire stay, along with copies of prescriptions if needed.
Food allergies & dietary needs
We work closely with our restaurants and accommodation partners to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please inform us well before departure.

Activities safety
Student safety is our priority. Participants are expected to follow program guidelines, remain with the group during scheduled activities, and communicate with staff if assistance is needed.

Should medical attention become necessary, participants will be assisted in accessing qualified local healthcare providers and medical facilities.

Our team remains available throughout the program to coordinate assistance with local partners, schools, and emergency services when required.
