Before You Travel

Review heath recommendations

Check any recommended vaccinations or health precautions for your destination. 

Share medical informations

Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions or accessibility needs before departure. 

Obtain travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care and emergencies. 

Pack essential medications

Bring sufficient medication for the duration of your trip, along with copies of prescription, if necessary.

Health Information

Medical conditions & allergies

Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs so we can help ensure appropriate accommodations whenever possible.

Medications

Carry all prescription medications in your carry-on luggage in their original labeled containers. Bring enough medication for your entire stay, along with copies of prescriptions if needed.

Food allergies & dietary needs

We work closely with our restaurants and accommodation partners to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please inform us well before departure.

On-site supervision

Our programs are led by experienced coordinators and trusted local partners who provide guidance and supervision throughout your stay.

Emergency procedures

Participants receive safety briefings upon arrival, including emergency contacts, meeting points, and procedures to follow in unexpected situations.

Transportation safety

We partner with licensed, insured transportation providers who meet local safety standards and are experienced in educational travel.

Activities safety

Student safety is our priority. Participants are expected to follow program guidelines, remain with the group during scheduled activities, and communicate with staff if assistance is needed.

Medical Assistance

Access to healthcare

Should medical attention become necessary, participants will be assisted in accessing qualified local healthcare providers and medical facilities.

Emergency support

Our team remains available throughout the program to coordinate assistance with local partners, schools, and emergency services when required.
